Please do me a favor:
No matter what you have done before , even if you had to pay a price, continue to pay it or if you think you are unimportant, invisible etc know this, deny it all you want but remember it for me.

You are amazing- you were made totally unique by the Creator and Maintainer of all that was is or ever will be

You are someone- As Rabbi Aaron says some of the One that is G-d

There is always a plan, a big picture that you are a critical part of even if you dont see it.

Whatever you do , whatever you go through always has an impact, and has a meaning.

Give the world the best of you no matter your circumstances- the world needs it.

No second goes by where you are not loved, noone can tear asunder G-d's love for you.

G-d believes in you , knows you are worth the fight otherwise you would not have been created...time you thought so too.
